Subsidiaries

Bioenno Tech is a conglomeration of three subsidiary companies in the fields of energy and power solutions, medical devices, and advanced integrated electronics for professional and commercial applications.

Power is the first subsidiary of Bioenno Tech, one of the two original subsidiaries founded in 2010 and represents the oldest element of the conglomeration. Specializing in the most advanced Lithium power systems on the commercial market today in the form of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4)  technology or LFP, Power has since become the only company with the capability of offering a complete lineup of intelligent-integrated LFP power systems as well as the only company with the industry leading “True Lithium Capacity” guarantee for the entire lineup of intelligent-integrated power packpower solutions. Rather, Power offers the comprehensive intelligent lineup against which every other power product lineup is measured. Boasting the a 5-10 year service life at 2,000 charge cycles, these power systems are supremely robust and deliver constant performance with absolutely no drop-off in power delivery. They are overcharge-charge proof, overdischarge-proof, short circuit proof, with an internally monitored and balanced cell-structure, but good enough wasn’t acceptable. The batteries also have unrivaled stability, extreme storage life exceeding the service life of most conventional batteries and unlike every other existing Lithium battery will not suffer combustion if pushed to failure point.

Currently Bioenno Power is providing two major class of products: (1) Li-ion battery focusing on LFP battery for various applications including vehicles, energy storage, solar system,  medicine, and communications, and (2) LFP-based powerpacks and mobile renewable power systems.

Lifesciences

Lifesciences is the second subsidiary of Bioenno Tech and the second of the two original subsidiaries. Originating at a latter date in 2010 shortly after Power came into being, Lifesciences is dedicated to expediting the process of medicine because the status quo was not delivering the type of technology and medical systems that was sorely needed in the field by medical professionals. There was a need by the public and for that purpose the company was created. Currently, Lifesciences is working on some of the most advanced medical devices. These includesliceGolgi_Bioenno_Golgi_Staining_Immunocytochemistry_img2
groundbreaking inventions such as a sensor array that allows for the first truly portable Lung Cancer detection device. Like Power, however, Lifesciences does not stop at good enough. This device is currently being developed so that it will detect Lung Cancer in its early stages. No other device currently has this capability. Not only that, this device in its final form brings hospital grade medical care to any patient anywhere. Other developments include blood monitoring devices which can in real-time determine the internal state of a patient, allowing medical staff to find and stop internal hemorrhaging before it becomes life threatening.

The capabilities extend beyond this. In addition, Lifesciences also supports researchers studying the most complex aspect of the human anatomy: the brain. The kits offered have seen extensive international use and are the trusted tool of the most discerning scientist from institutions such as Harvard and Johns Hopkins, Berkeley, and King’s College.

Electronics is the third and newest subsidiary of the Bioenno Tech family. Founded in 2014, Electronics looks to continue the traditions established by Power and Lifesciences in it’s own unique application starting with the next frontier in it’s field: Graphene. Currently, it is working to commercialize the firsthp_oti1 Graphene integrated electronics unit in the form of a data-transfer device which boasts thepotential for capabilities that will far outstrip conventional devices of a similar function and looking to further advance the field of communication science. While this subsidiary is new, however, the staff members are not. Drawing from the experience and knowledge of Power and Lifesciences, Electronics has innately the industry experience and technical know how to make future technologies a fact of today.

Our Bioenno Electronics subsidiary is currently working to providing the products, manufacturing and development (1) microwave/RF devices including next generation graphene based modulator and photodetector for telecommunications; (2) New-generation chemical/fluid/gas sensors based on wide bandgap semiconductors, and/or nanotechnology for environmental and biomedical applications;  (3) Nanomaterials-based thermoelectric (TE) cooler and thermoelectric generator (TEG) devices and systems; and (4)  Wide bandgap (e.g. GaN) devices and systems.

We also provide the manufacturing services of 1) biomedical devices and components, and 2) microwave/RF components, devices and packages.
